What are your hours of operation?
Our online store is open 24/7.

Store hours are Monday - Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 1pm to 6pm.

Can I use a gift card I purchased in store on your website?

Unfortunately, no. Physical gift cards purchased in our physical store can only be redeemed via phone or in person at our store. However, E-gift cards purchased on our online website can be used on our website! If you want to convert a physical gift card to be used online, give us a call!

 

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS + ONLINE SHOPPING:

Do I need to create an account to shop?
No! Feel free to check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account. It will speed up the process for future orders and allow you to keep up with your order status easier. You'll also have access to your past orders!

Is your website secure?
Most definitely! On any page where we ask for personal information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication. We also use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Can I shop online and then pick up in your Jonesboro, AR store?

Yes! Choose "Store Pick Up" at checkout. Once you order has been processed, we will send an email letting you know it's ready to be picked up.

Orders typically take 1 business day to process and fulfill. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed and filled the following Monday (if Monday is not a holiday). Please allot more time for your online to be filled during sales.

You must pick up your order within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, your order will be donated.

Should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?
Yes! You will receive 2 separate emails. The first email confirms your order was received and that it is processing. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a second email with a tracking number, or store pick up confirmation. If you do not receive either of these emails, check your junk folder! Please add the_refinery@icloud.com to your email address book to get them sent to your inbox.

If I add my email to the waiting list of a sold out item, does that mean I’m guaranteed to receive the item?
Unfortunately, no. Our items sell quickly and we are limited to the quantity of our vendors. We will reorder if we are able, but there is no guarantee!

Please see our Return Policy tab at the bottom of the home page. Be sure to fill out a return form and include it in your package if it complies with our return policy.
